1. Product Refunds

We accept product returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is in its original packaging and unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

2. Service Refunds

Refunds for services (installation, maintenance, or IT support) are available if:

  • The service has not yet been rendered.
  • The service delivered was not as agreed in the signed quotation or contract.

Partial refunds may apply for partially completed projects.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized software or configured hardware
  • Services completed as agreed
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
4. Refund Process

To request a refund or return:

  2. State the reason for return or refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
